Thank you for your courage to write and share this. It must have taken a lot to put this into words especially given the trauma and pressure that you have felt. I think there are many lessons in what you've shared for firms to look at, reflect on, and understand that this is how NOT to run a company. I hope your courage inspires others to speak their truth about their experiences as well as I suspect that this is more widespread, not just at IDEO, but is likely also rampant in many similar organizations which portray a carefully crafted image of a cool culture (who have taken on the performative language of diversity with none of the actions to back it up)
